ROACH, Frank Lee Sr., 74, of Stony Creek, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2015. He is survived by his son, Frank Lee Roach Jr. "Sam" and wife, Sherie, of Hopewell; and brother, Shannon Roach and wife, Jean, of Waverly. Mr. Roach was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Anne Presson Roach. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and also was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, November 21, at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd., Jarratt, Va.
